Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

We ship worldwide.

We do not ship to German or foreign islands.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic shipments (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

- Merchandise value up to €200 = €9.52

For orders totaling €200.01 or more, shipping is free.

International deliveries:

EU member states: 29 EUR
Non-EU member states: 69 EUR
Rest of the world: 89 EUR

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (within Germany) are made within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

Payment by invoice is available only to government agencies and businesses.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 30 days.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
